from study to works
The study department is a true partner for teams and clients, at every stage of your project.
The site manager coordinates public works projects. A study manager advises you on your construction projects and prepares your quote, for public and private clients. True to its commitment to innovation, our surveyor uses the latest technologies with a GPS for measurement, setting out, and surveys.
Composed of four teams specialized in roads, piping or dry networks, STV intervenes on all types of sites, for local authorities, private companies or individuals: VRD works (securing and requalification of village crossings), asphalt and concrete pavements, earthworks, external landscaping (garage entrance, terraces, paving...), laying of curbs and cobblestones, collective sanitation (wastewater treatment plant, STEP), individual sanitation, drinking water connection, subdivision development...
Earthworks & Civil engineering
Our human resources and equipment allow us to intervene on all types of earthworks, sometimes on difficult terrain, ensuring a controlled result.
Preparation is carried out upstream based on project plans. Our topography department performs surveys, produces the execution plan, and carries out the setting out. The equipment of our earthmoving machines with 2D/3D guidance allows for quick and precise execution of all projects.
Thus, we meet your needs for:
- general earthworks in large volumes, on soft or hard ground
- open-air retention basins
- in-situ soil treatment
- platform reprofiling or remodeling
We pay particular attention to respecting the environment during earthworks, notably by integrating specialized sectors in waste treatment and recycling.
Water and sanitation
STV Public Works has enriched its skills by specializing in the execution of sanitation works, wastewater or rainwater, but also drinking water supply works.
The company carries out both industrial and communal sanitation and can also intervene on autonomous sanitation sites. The implementation of networks for these works requires a complex technique, constrained by the quality charter specific to this sector. Our teams fully master it and carry out:
- rainwater networks (collector and connection), buried retention or infiltration basins, various hydraulic structures
- wastewater networks (collector and connection), gravity or pressure flow, installation of pumping stations, disconnection of septic tanks
- wastewater treatment plants
- renewal or reinforcement of drinking water supply networks and ancillary structures
Dry networks
With its experience in the field of underground dry networks, particularly in the municipalities of Lunéville and Sarrebourg, STV Public Works offers quality work and competent teams to intervene on sites in the fields of:

Roads
STV Public Works' experience covers a wide range of road works, from the construction of new roadways to the recalibration of pre-existing roadways, with mechanical or manual asphalt laying.
Sub-base preparation:

- laying of anti-contaminant or reinforcement geotextile
- foundation and base layers of natural or treated aggregates or asphalt concrete
VRD masonry works:
- laying of all types of curbs, channels, prefabricated or cast in place
Surface coatings:
Concrete coatings: - decorative concrete (brushed, deactivated, sanded, bush-hammered)
- paving and cobblestone laying
Bituminous coatings: - two-layer or three-layer
- black or colored bituminous concrete
- specific bituminous concrete (very thin, high modulus, semi-granular, draining)
Civil engineering structures
